Order Processing
- Orders are normally processed within 2 business days of order and payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Delivery Timeframes
- Most orders are delivered within an estimated 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
- RKG Trends is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible/serviceable PIN codes across India, subject to availability at checkout
- There is no additional charge for COD orders
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status
